Nasser Al-Khelaifi Thanks PSG Fans After Historic Season

Paris Saint-Germain chairman Nasser Al-Khelaifi has thanked the club’s supporters after what he has dubbed one of the most unforgettable and successful seasons in the club’s history.

MESSAGE OF THANKS FROM THE CHAIRMAN

In a letter published by the club, Al-Khelaifi thanked every member of the PSG family as the curtain falls on the 2024/25 season. He praised the French giants’ faithful for sticking with their team through good times and bad and added that their support was vital at various key moments throughout the campaign. The Saudi Arabian chief described this season as “a truly momentous year – a year filled with stunning success on the pitch and unforgettable scenes of joy and celebration in Paris, across France and around the world” in the statement.

PSG’S GREATEST SEASON

PSG made history this season by winning their first-ever UEFA Champions League trophy, becoming only the second youngest team to do so as confirmed by reports. They also secured the Ligue 1 title by defeating Monaco 2-0 in the final match, where they had only 2 losses in the whole campaign, and only after the league title had been decided already, as well as the Coupe de France and Trophée des Champions. Paris Saints’ success was not limited to football, as they also celebrated success in handball, judo, women’s football, youth football, Esports, and saw off 26 PSG athletes competing in the Paris Olympics.
