Everton have agreed a deal with Chelsea to sign Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall. They will pay £25 million initially, with potential add-ons of up to £4 million. Dewsbury-Hall joined Chelsea from Leicester last summer but struggled for playing time, making only two Premier League starts last season despite featuring in 36 matches across all competitions, totaling just 258 minutes in the league. Everton manager David Moyes is looking to strengthen his midfield after losing Abdoulaye Doucoure and Orel Mangala. If the move goes ahead, it will be Moyes’ fifth signing of the summer, taking his spending to more than £75 million so far.
