Gyökeres was asked about his future after a great season in Portugal. He replied, “My next club? We can’t predict the future. We never know what happens. I’m focused now on celebrating this title and try win the Taça de Portugal.” His comments come as Arsenal, Chelsea, and Manchester United reportedly compete for his signature. Gyökeres scored in Sporting’s 2-0 win over Vitoria Guimaraes as they won another league title. He has 39 league goals in 33 appearances this season. Sporting faces Benfica in the Portuguese Cup final on May 25, and this could be Gyökeres’ last match for the club.
