Antonio Conte Makes History with Fifth Serie A Title at Napoli

Antonio Conte has led Napoli to win the 2024/25 Serie A championship. This is his fifth Italian league title as a manager. He is the first coach to win Serie A with three different clubs.

WHAT HAPPENED?

Conte became the coach of Napoli in June 2024. He took over a team that finished 10th the previous season and had three different coaches. He quickly improved their performance. Napoli won the Scudetto on May 23, 2025, with a 2-0 victory over Cagliari in their final game. Napoli finished the season with 82 points.

Romelu Lukaku and Scott McTominay were key players. Even though they lost star winger Khvicha Kvaratskhelia to PSG in January, Napoli kept winning. They only lost one game after his departure and won seven consecutive matches from December to February.
