Arsenal and Christian Nørgaard Agree Personal Terms Ahead of Possible Transfer
Arsenal have agreed on personal terms with Brentford midfielder Christian Nørgaard. The Denmark international is eager to join the club. Arsenal and Brentford are in talks to complete a deal worth around €10 million.
WHAT HAPPENED?
Christian Nørgaard, 31, wants to move from Brentford to Arsenal this summer. Arsenal have made a bid of about €11 million for him. Nørgaard has told Brentford he wants to transfer. Arsenal are changing their midfield after Jorginho left for Flamengo and Thomas Partey’s contract is uncertain.
Arsenal are also close to signing Martin Zubimendi from Real Sociedad. Nørgaard is considered an experienced option to add depth and leadership to the squad.
