Cristhian Mosquera Completes Move To Arsenal From Valencia

Arsenal have signed Spanish defender Cristhian Mosquera from Valencia. The 21-year-old agreed to a five-year contract after performing well in La Liga and youth tournaments. According to reports, Valencia wants around €20 million for Christian Mosquera.

Mosquera did not accept a contract extension from Valencia before joining Arsenal, where he rejected a new contract to pursue his opportunity at Arsenal. The deal is reported to be worth up to €15 million plus add-ons, as he had started 70 of 72 league matches for Valencia since 2023. Mosquera called his move an “opportunity” and a chance to join “a historic, massive club.” He was gearing up for a preseason tour with his new teammates in Singapore.
