Dani Ceballos will not join Juventus, as Real Madrid shut down talks of the potential switch. The 27-year-old will remain at Santiago Bernabeu for the time being, especially with Xabi Alonso rating him highly.

Real Madrid and Ceballos were said to be ready to part ways after the player’s potential switch to Marseille fell through earlier this week, with Juve linked with him. The Serie A giants were expecting a response from the Spanish giants on Thursday, but we can can confirm that there were no official talks between Ceballos and Turin-based hierarchy for a move.
