David Hancko Set for Al Nassr Move in €33m Deal

David Hancko will join Al Nassr after the Saudi Pro League club reached an agreement with Feyenoord for the defender. The transfer, set at €33 million plus add-ons, marks a major move for both player and club as Al Nassr continues to strengthen its squad.

TRANSFER AGREED AFTER LONG TALKS

Al Nassr and Feyenoord finalized the transfer on July 18 after weeks of negotiations. The deal will see Hancko sign a contract until June 2028, making him one of the most significant signings of the Saudi club’s summer window. Inter Milan and Juventus were also interested in Hancko, but Al Nassr acted quickly to secure the commanding centre-back. The total package is reportedly €33 million, with further bonuses possible depending on Hancko’s success at the club.

FEYENOORD LOSE KEY DEFENDER

Hancko played a crucial role for Feyenoord in the Eredivisie last season. He was a central figure in defense, contributing both defensively and offensively as Feyenoord finished second in the table behind PSV Eindhoven. Hancko’s leadership and passing were vital as the team conceded the fewest goals in the league. The Slovakian international also chipped in with key goals and assists, proving his value on set pieces and in build-up play.
