Fermín López Denies Rumours Of Rift With Gavi

Fermín López has quickly ended the rumors about his relationship with teammate Gavi. He insists they are still close friends and nothing has changed between them.

In a new interview, Fermín López said there is no problem between him and Gavi. He called Gavi his friend since they were young. Both joined Barcelona together after being in Betis’ youth academy. “Gavi has been my friend since I was 12…he is still my friend. Our relationship is as good as always,” Fermín explained.

He said talk about tension or personal issues is false, adding, “People will always speculate, but there is nothing more to add.” Both players have their private lives but remain focused on helping Barcelona succeed. Their commitment to the team has not changed, as López has publicly stated he will not leave Barcelona amid transfer rumors.
