Inter Milan Close to Sealing €24m Deal for Parma Striker Yoan Bonny
Inter Milan are close to signing young French striker Ange-Yoan Bonny from Parma. The deal is nearly done, with Inter raising their offer to €24 million. An agreement should be reached soon.
WHAT HAPPENED?
After days of talks, Inter Milan have made a better offer for Ange-Yoan Bonny, Parma’s talented 21-year-old forward. The clubs have agreed on a transfer fee of €22–24 million. After Inter’s latest bid, talks sped up, and the deal could be finalized this week. Bonny, targeted by Inter before Cristian Chivu became head coach, is seen as a key addition to the squad’s attacking options. Parma wanted only cash, rejecting any player exchanges.
According to a previous report we published, Ange-Yoan Bonny impressed in Serie A last season with six goals and four assists in 37 league matches.
YOUNG TALENT BOOSTS INTER’S AMBITIONS
Inter Milan ended the 2024–25 Serie A season strongly, just missing out on the title but securing Champions League play for next year and reaching the CL final. The team’s attack, led by Lautaro Martínez and Marcus Thuram, was among the league’s best. Bonny’s arrival adds depth and versatility to the forward line, giving Inter more options as they manage domestic and European commitments. Bonny had a good season with Parma, scoring important goals and assists to keep his team in Serie A. Other clubs were interested, but Inter moved quickly to secure his signature.
A previous report confirmed that Parma reportedly want a €25 million transfer fee for Ange-Yoan Bonny.
WHAT’S NEXT FOR INTER AND BONNY?
Once the deal is finalized, Bonny will join Inter as the 2025–26 season preparations begin. He is expected to rotate with Martínez and Thuram and participate in cup and European matches. Inter’s next pre-season match is a friendly against Borussia Dortmund, which could be Bonny’s debut. Inter are looking to strengthen their squad, while Parma will need to find a replacement for their young star, aiming to improve next season.
His current deal will keep him in the club until 2030, as previously reported.
