Julio Enciso Signs For Strasbourg In Permanent Deal

Julio Enciso has moved from Brighton & Hove Albion to Strasbourg with a permanent contract. The 21-year-old Paraguayan attacker joined the French club after playing on loan at Ipswich Town last season.
