Manchester United Make Benjamin Šeško Their Top Transfer Target

Manchester United are ready to make an official offer for striker Benjamin Šeško. They want to sign their main target for the new season, and have told RB Leipzig about their plans.

WHAT HAPPENED?

United are in serious talks with RB Leipzig and Šeško‘s team to get the deal done. They see Šeško as their top striker choice and want to convince him by their actions. Newcastle United also want him, and both teams are waiting for the player’s decision soon. Reports indicate that Šeško is deciding his future.

United and Leipzig have already spoken, and it’s expected United will make an official bid soon. The transfer fee for the 22-year-old player could be as high as £70 million, although RB Leipzig reportedly has a release clause in Benjamin Šeško’s contract that could cost up to €100 million.

WHAT IT MEANS FOR UNITED AND LEIPZIG

United need more attacking power after a poor goal-scoring season. Their current forwards scored only seven Premier League goals combined. Šeško, who scored 21 goals last season for Leipzig, could be the solution according to recent reports.

RB Leipzig, on the other hand, are preparing for Bundesliga football after a challenging season. If Šeško leaves, it will be a big problem for them, and they’ll need to find his replacement quickly.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

Šeško is expected to decide his future in the coming days. He must choose between offers from United and Newcastle. United face Arsenal in their Premier League opener next weekend. They finished 15th last season and aim for significant improvement to get into the top four.

Leipzig, meanwhile, start their season against Bayern Munich. They finished seventh last season and missed out on European football, presenting big challenges in the coming weeks, especially if they lose out on Šeško.
