Manchester United Star Garnacho Blasts Team’s Disappointing Season

Alejandro Garnacho didn’t hide his anger after Manchester United lost to Tottenham in the Europa League final on Wednesday. He called the whole season “a mess” in a strong post-game interview.

Garnacho was even more upset because manager Ruben Amorim left him on the bench for the final, even though he started every knockout game before. He only played in the last 20 minutes when United was already losing, which clearly made him sad. The young forward was emotional after the game. His brother also spoke out against Amorim, saying the manager “betrayed Alejandro” by dropping him for the final. Manchester United are 9th in the Premier League with two games left, 32 points behind leaders Arsenal and 12 points away from the top four. They will play Brighton at home this weekend, with the opposing team just two points behind United in 10th place.
